Online booking & reservations
BOOKING
SYSTEMS From first click to confirmed booking.
Booking can mean an appointment, a table, an activity or a site visit — and each follows different rules. We design the booking experience around yours, and either build it or connect the booking software you already use, whichever is the smarter move.

Booking is not one thing
Different bookings follow different rules.
No single system fits all of them, and we don’t pretend one does. What changes is what has to be true before someone can say yes:
- Appointments
- A person, a duration and a calendar. Often with buffers between slots and rules about who can be booked for what.
- Activities
- Capacity per departure or session, minimum numbers, seasonal timetables and sometimes weather-dependent changes.
- Reservations
- A party size, a time window and a table or room to match. Walk-ins and bookings share the same space.
- Service visits
- A place, a time window and a job description — so the visit is prepared before anyone arrives.
- Consultations
- Sometimes a form first, a payment after, and a call link in between.
What it has to handle
The details that make a booking flow work.
Not every project needs all of these. We scope what the business actually runs on.
- 01
Availability
Real opening times, days off, holidays and existing bookings — so people only see what they can actually book.
- 02
Durations & buffers
Different services take different time, and some need a gap before the next one.
- 03
Capacity
Seats, places or resources that are used up as bookings come in.
- 04
Confirmations & reminders
Clear confirmation to the customer, a notification to your team and reminders where they help.
- 05
Payments, where relevant
A deposit or full payment at the right moment, connected to your payment provider.
- 06
Changes & cancellations
Rules people can understand, and a way to follow them without writing an email.
- 07
The business side
A view your team can work from: who is coming, when, and what they asked for.
Build or connect
Build it, or connect what you already use.
If your team already runs booking software it likes, replacing it rarely makes sense. We can connect it to a new website, so the booking experience looks and feels like your brand and the bookings still land where your team works.
Where the way you take bookings does not fit available tools — unusual availability rules, combined services, a flow that is part of what makes you different — we design and build a custom flow instead.
Which software can be connected depends on what it offers (an API, embeds, webhooks) and on its terms, so we check before we promise anything. That is the same thinking behind web integrations; and when booking turns into a full back-office tool, it becomes a custom web application.
Tell us how you take bookings today.
A few lines are enough: what is booked, how long it takes and what happens afterwards. We will tell you whether to build or connect.
