API, CRM & business-software integrations

WEB
INTEGRATIONS
Your website shouldn’t have to live on an island.

Most businesses already run on a handful of systems. A website that cannot talk to them creates work: enquiries copied into the CRM, bookings re-entered in a calendar, payments checked by hand. Integrations remove that middle layer.

What connects to what

Website, systems, business.

Choose a system to see what typically flows between it and the website — and what that depends on.

API

What flows
Data moving in either direction: products, availability, customers, statuses.
It depends on
Whether the tool offers an API, what it exposes, access rights, rate limits and its terms of use.

CRM

What flows
New enquiries and contacts created automatically, with the details collected on the site.
It depends on
The CRM’s API or import options, and how your pipeline is set up.

Booking

What flows
Availability shown on the site; bookings and changes written back to the calendar.
It depends on
Whether the booking software offers an API, widgets or webhooks — and how it handles availability.

Payments

What flows
Checkout or deposits on the site, with payment status passed back to your records.
It depends on
Your payment provider, its supported methods and the way it confirms payments.

Email

What flows
Confirmations, notifications and follow-ups triggered by what happens on the site.
It depends on
Your mail or email-marketing provider and how it accepts triggered messages.

Internal system

What flows
Orders, requests or jobs delivered to the system your team already uses.
It depends on
What access the system allows. Sometimes a small custom endpoint is the only route.

The island problem

What an island website costs you.

A website that cannot talk to anything is a brochure with a form. Every enquiry becomes someone’s task: copy it into the CRM, add it to the calendar, send the confirmation, check whether the payment arrived. Each step is small. Together they are a part-time job — and each step is a place where something slips.

An integration moves that work into the system. The website hands the right information to the right place, at the moment it exists, in the form that place expects. Your team keeps working in the tools it already knows.

Ways to connect

Five ways two systems can talk.

APIs
A tool’s official way to exchange data. The most flexible route, when it exists and when your plan allows it.
Webhooks
One system tells another the moment something happens — a new booking, a paid invoice — instead of waiting to be asked.
Embeds & widgets
A ready-made piece of another tool shown on your site. Quick, with less control over the design.
Custom endpoints
A small piece of purpose-built software that receives data from the site and passes it on in the right shape.
Exports & imports
Where nothing better exists: a structured file moved on a schedule. Not elegant, but sometimes the honest answer.

Honest limits

Not every tool can be connected.

Some tools offer a complete API. Some offer only limited exports. Some offer nothing. Access, subscription level, rate limits and terms of use all matter, and they change. So we start with a short check of what each tool really allows, and tell you before we build what is and isn’t possible.

We don’t guarantee any specific provider. Where a clean connection isn’t possible there are usually alternatives: a different tool, a simple automation, or one manual step done well.

Common starting points are booking systems and quote and lead flows. When the integration is the product, it becomes a custom web application.

  2. 02

    Booking & calendars

Availability and bookings that stay in sync.

  3. 03

    Payments

    Deposits, checkout and payment status.

  4. 04

    Email & notifications

Confirmations and follow-ups that send themselves.

  5. 05

    Invoicing & accounting

Orders and payments reaching the people who need them, where the tool allows it.

  6. 06

    Internal systems

Whatever your team uses to run the day — connected through the route that actually exists.
